Dr. Setu’s Skin & Aesthetic Center

Since April 2026

Dr. Setu’s Skin & Aesthetic Center is a growing Bangladeshi skin and aesthetics clinic. They engaged us in April 2026 to take over the full digital marketing function — branding, social media management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, paid Meta advertising, and inbox-driven lead capture.

This is an active, in-flight engagement. The campaign launched April 1, 2026; the figures below reflect the first six weeks. A full case-study update will follow once we have a clean six-month before/after window to publish.

What we’re running

The engagement is broader than a single-channel social retainer — it covers brand identity, multi-channel content, and paid acquisition under one team.

  • Branding and visual identity — consistent visual language across post templates, reels, and ad creative; clinic positioning and copy direction.
  • Social media management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — content calendar, post and reel production, captions, and community management.
  • Paid Meta campaigns — messaging-conversion campaigns tuned for appointment inquiries via the Facebook page inbox, plus retargeting on engaged audiences.
  • Audience targeting — demographic, interest, and lookalike audience research for the clinic’s service mix.
  • Lead generation — inbox auto-reply, qualification questions, and a follow-up workflow into the clinic team.
  • YouTube SEO — video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tagging tuned for skin care and aesthetics search demand.
  • Graphics and video editing — reels, testimonials, and short-form video production as a standing deliverable on the retainer.

Early results — first six weeks (Apr 1 – May 11, 2026)

We’re intentionally publishing only what we can attribute cleanly to the engagement window. Page-level metrics that span pre- and post-engagement periods are excluded here; we’ll publish before/after numbers later in the retainer once the comparison is genuinely apples-to-apples.

Paid Meta campaigns — the cleanest signal we have

  • 3 campaigns launched between April 1 and May 11, 2026, all optimized for messaging conversations.
  • Click-through rates of 4.65% – 4.89% across the three campaigns.
  • Cost per click of $0.01 – $0.02.
  • 323 messaging conversations generated in the first six weeks of the engagement.
  • $0.06 – $0.11 per messaging conversation — the per-inquiry economics that define whether a paid-social channel is worth scaling.

What we’re prioritizing next

  • Creative iteration — testing new ad variants on the audiences that are converting most efficiently and retiring under-performers monthly.
  • Reels and testimonials — building a library of short-form video around real clinic outcomes, treated as both organic content and ad creative.
  • YouTube SEO — establishing the channel as a long-tail discovery surface for skin care search demand in Bangladesh.
  • Retargeting campaigns — keeping the clinic top-of-mind for the audience that has already engaged but not yet inquired.

Engagement model

This is a monthly digital marketing retainer with our team. We recommend a six-month minimum because the kind of compounding that paid acquisition, organic content, and YouTube SEO produce only shows up after a few months of consistent execution. Dr. Setu’s engagement is ongoing; we’ll publish a fuller results update later in 2026 once the data covers a comparable before/after window.

Engagement context

ReformedTech work on Dr. Setu’s Skin & Aesthetic Center combined product thinking, implementation, and practical delivery support. The goal was not only to ship screens or code, but to make the workflow usable for the people running the operation day after day.

Our team typically contributes across discovery, interface design, frontend engineering, backend integration, QA, deployment, and post-launch iteration. That lets clients keep one accountable delivery partner while still getting the specialist skills needed for a production software project.
