Drs Derma & Aesthetics
March 2025 – May 2026
Drs Derma & Aesthetics is a Bangladeshi skin care and aesthetics clinic operating in the health and beauty segment. They came to us with a strong clinical practice and a weak online presence: inconsistent posting, low engagement, and a social channel that wasn't converting attention into appointment inquiries.
We ran a 14-month social media marketing retainer from March 2025 through May 2026 — content production, page optimization, paid Meta campaigns, audience targeting, and inbox follow-up — focused on one outcome: turning the page into a reliable source of business inquiries.
What we worked on
- Content production — regular content calendar, attractive post design, caption and hashtag optimization, monthly editorial planning aligned to the clinic's service mix.
- Page optimization — Facebook page setup, profile and bio cleanup, CTA buttons, and inbox auto-reply with first-touch qualification questions and human follow-up.
- Paid Meta campaigns — 27 campaigns over the engagement, mixing messaging-conversion objectives with page-follow and engagement campaigns. Audience research, creative production, and ongoing optimization.
- Audience targeting — narrowing creatives by demographic, interest, and lookalike audiences as the retainer matured and we accumulated first-party engagement data.
- Lead capture and follow-up — auto-reply templates, follow-up scripts, and inbox triage so qualified inquiries reached the clinic team quickly.
Outcomes
The numbers below compare the 7 months pre-engagement (Aug 2024 – Feb 2025) against the 11 months of the retainer for which dashboard data was prepared (Mar 2025 – Jan 2026). The retainer continued through May 2026; the case-study snapshot is the data we captured at the 11-month mark.
Lead capture — the headline result
- New business inquiries: 20,207 (7 months pre-engagement) → 34,163 (11 months retainer)
- Total contacts: 19.5K → 37.9K
- Messaging conversations started: 25.9K → 42.9K
Reach and audience growth
- Page follows: 39.6K → 92.7K — over 53,000 new followers during the retainer
- Page visits: 329.6K → 585.2K
- Total video views: 1.7M → 15M over the engagement period
Engagement quality
- Content interactions: 69.3K → 166.6K
- Link clicks: 58.6K → 126K
- 1-minute video views: 10.5K → 29K — the most reliable signal that creative was holding attention
- Total watch time: 320 days 10 hours → 543 days 14 hours
Paid media — what it cost
- 27 campaigns across messaging, follows, and page-visit objectives
- $3,303.91 total ad spend across the retainer
- 6.6M impressions, 1.86M unique reach
What worked
Three things, in order of impact: a consistent content cadence the clinic could sustain after a few months of habit-building; messaging-conversion ad campaigns optimized for inbox replies (not vanity reach), which is what actually moved appointment inquiries; and a tight inbox loop between auto-reply and the human team, so paid traffic didn't get stuck waiting for a manual response. Small per-conversation ad costs (under $0.20) combined with a real follow-up workflow is what turned $3.3K of ad spend into 34K new inquiries.
Engagement model
This was a monthly retainer with our digital marketing team — content, ads, and inbox management as one package. We recommend a six-month minimum on digital marketing retainers because organic growth and audience targeting both need runway to compound; the 14 months we ran with Drs Derma is roughly the shape of engagement we think gets the best result. The relationship closed in May 2026.
Engagement context
ReformedTech work on Drs Derma & Aesthetics combined product thinking, implementation, and practical delivery support. The goal was not only to ship screens or code, but to make the workflow usable for the people running the operation day after day.
Our team typically contributes across discovery, interface design, frontend engineering, backend integration, QA, deployment, and post-launch iteration. That lets clients keep one accountable delivery partner while still getting the specialist skills needed for a production software project.
