PactFi is a fintech platform for the private credit industry, providing end-to-end operational infrastructure for fund managers, private credit firms, and institutional lenders managing complex multi-party transactions. The platform centralizes the deal lifecycle — from origination through closing — with secure data storage, audit trails, and streamlined workflows that replace high-volume email and document handoffs.
ReformedTech has supported PactFi since 2021 through our staff augmentation service, with designers, developers, and quality engineers working as part of the PactFi product team. Our contribution spans the platform's core areas, including:
- Deal creation and management
- Working groups and counterparty collaboration
- Deal facility configuration
- Fund allocation and sub-allocation
- KYC (Know Your Customer) workflows
- Dynamic forms for flexible data collection
- Secure data rooms for document management
The platform is built on a Laravel backend with a Vue.js frontend, deployed on AWS. Our dedicated team spans UI/UX design, full-stack development, and quality assurance, working alongside PactFi's product team.
