Safara360 is an AI-powered direct-booking platform for independent and boutique hotels, with $100M+ in annualized gross booking volume running through the platform and integrations with 50+ major PMS and channel-management systems including Cloudbeds, Mews, Oracle Opera, and SiteMinder.
Our engagement with Safara360 originated from our long-running partnership with Skipper Hospitality: Safara360 acquired Skipper's hospitality booking engine, and our developers — already deeply familiar with the booking-engine codebase — were retained directly by Safara360 to continue supporting the platform under its new ownership.
From December 2024 through May 2025, our developers worked alongside Safara360's product team on the booking engine — a Python backend on FastAPI and Pydantic, paired with an embeddable booking widget written in Svelte and TypeScript — supporting both the API and the customer-facing widget through the post-acquisition transition.
Engagement context
ReformedTech work on Safara360 combined product thinking, implementation, and practical delivery support. The goal was not only to ship screens or code, but to make the workflow usable for the people running the operation day after day.
